Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and customer interactions.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of data entry systems and customer service tools is a plus.

Experience:

  • No prior experience required; however, any experience in customer service, BPO, data entry, or administrative roles will be an advantage.
  • Freshers with a keen interest in building a career in BPO or administrative work are encouraged to apply.
