Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance: Ensure the companys HR practices align with legal requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance review systems, track employee progress, and support in developing employee training programs.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, process payroll, manage benefits, and handle other administrative HR tasks.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and support employee development programs, training workshops, and learning opportunities.
- Policy Management: Assist in creating and updating company policies, ensuring employees are informed and compliant with organizational rules and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration.
- Prior experience in an HR department of a small to medium-sized company is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR management software or tools is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time position.
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Occasional flexibility may be required for special projects or tasks.
