Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and staffing activities, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including feedback, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
- Handle employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work culture.
- Organize and manage training programs to support employee growth and development.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, including metrics on turnover, recruitment, and training.
- Support the payroll process by ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee data.
- Assist in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and other welfare programs.
- Collaborate with senior HR team members to ensure smooth operations of HR functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive tasks effectively.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in an HR-related role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in human resources are encouraged to apply.
- Any internships or prior work experience in HR or recruitment will be an added advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Flexibility for remote work or hybrid options may be considered based on the companys needs.

- Knowledge: Understanding of HR functions, employee relations, and labor laws.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
