Job Summary:

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and professional Human Resource Executive to join our team. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for driving the HR functions of our organization, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management. As an HR Executive, you will work closely with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to the growth and development of the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Handle the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and extending offers.
  • Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including the completion of paperwork, conducting orientation, and introducing company policies.
  • Performance Management: Assist in implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and helping develop strategies for employee development.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Training and Development: Organize and assist in training programs to improve employee skills and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, update HR databases, manage employee files, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Assist with payroll administration, employee benefits programs, and conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software (HRMS) is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for people management.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a full-time HR Executive or HR Assistant role.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations is highly desirable.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in pursuing a career in HR are also welcome to apply.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Occasional extended hours may be required depending on the needs of the business.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HR practices, labor laws, and industry standards.
  • Skills: Proficient in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, conducting employee orientations, and managing HR functions.
  • Abilities: Strong multitasking abilities, the capacity to work under pressure, and an excellent problem-solving mindset. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
