Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive specializing in Payroll to join the Fresher Jobs Hub team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure accurate recordkeeping, and assist with HR-related tasks to support our workforce. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with labor laws and providing timely and accurate salary payments to employees. Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing: Oversee and manage the entire payroll process for employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all relevant laws.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring that payroll-related information is up-to-date and securely stored.
  • Tax and Benefits Administration: Process tax deductions, statutory benefits, and ensure proper reporting to government authorities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations concerning payroll, taxes, and employee benefits.
  • Reporting: Generate payroll reports, provide insights, and assist in preparing financial reports related to payroll expenditures.
  • Employee Queries: Address and resolve any employee payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration with HR Team: Work closely with the HR team to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and other employee-related processes.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing payroll data to identify trends or discrepancies and suggest process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or HR-related roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in payroll software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage complex payroll calculations with a keen focus on accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee data with utmost discretion.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
  • Proven experience in handling payroll software and working with multiple payroll cycles.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, tax regulations, and statutory benefits.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and integration of payroll with other HR functions is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flexible working hours available depending on the nature of the tasks).

  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of payroll management, labor laws, and tax regulations.
  • Skills: Strong skills in payroll software, data management, financial analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
