Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our payroll and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing payroll processing, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and providing effective HR solutions that support our growing team. This position is perfect for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in payroll administration and compliance management. The HR Manager will work closely with both the finance and HR teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and applicable labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding labor, taxation, and compensation.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
- Handle the preparation and submission of statutory filings such as taxes, insurance, and pension contributions.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, updating any changes in employee status, pay rates, or benefits.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that align with business goals and legal requirements.
- Manage audits related to payroll, benefits, and compliance, ensuring all records are complete and accurate.
- Provide HR support regarding employee questions on payroll, benefits, taxes, and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance employee relations and support organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in payroll processing and compliance management.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, etc.) and HR systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex payroll and compliance issues.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources management, specifically in payroll and compliance functions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and a high volume of payroll transactions.
- Experience in handling statutory filings and audits related to payroll, tax, and compliance.
- Previous experience managing HR software and tools related to payroll and employee records.
Working Hours
- Full-time position
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Flexibility with work hours may be required during peak payroll periods or audits.

- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of payroll systems, HR compliance standards, and labor laws.
- Skills: Expertise in using payroll software and tools, ability to manage and resolve complex payroll issues.
- Abilities: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
