Job Summary:
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a motivated and skilled Human Resources Specialist with expertise in Human Resources Development (HRD). This role focuses on the development and implementation of HR programs, employee training, performance management systems, and talent development strategies to support the companys growth and ensure employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HRD strategies, programs, and policies that align with the companys business objectives.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of employee training and development initiatives, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of all departments.
- Monitor and manage employee performance through performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute succession planning and career development strategies.
- Conduct employee assessments, provide coaching, and facilitate leadership training to develop a strong talent pipeline.
- Support the recruitment process by advising on hiring practices and aligning candidates with the companys long-term HR goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and professional development within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices related to HRD policies and programs.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational development and employee relations to ensure a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Specialist or HRD professional, with a strong understanding of HR development functions.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, legal regulations, and performance management systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HRD or a similar HR role, with proven experience in implementing training and development programs.
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent development initiatives.
- Previous experience in a leadership or advisory role is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for training sessions or project deadlines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of modern HRD techniques and methods, with a focus on employee engagement and development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff and leadership.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and ethical considerations in employee development and training.
