Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our growing HR team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all HR functions, and supporting our mission to build a positive and productive work environment. You will serve as a point of contact for employees, handle recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to policy implementation and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance evaluations, setting goals, and providing feedback to employees.
  • Policy Implementation & Compliance: Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Training & Development: Organize and support employee training programs to enhance skills and drive organizational growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist with compensation planning, benefits administration, and employee welfare programs.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update HRIS systems, and handle other HR documentation.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve employee morale, retention, and overall satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Familiarity with HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations is essential.
  • Previous exposure to performance management and training is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible hours available).
  • Occasional overtime may be required depending on project deadlines or urgent HR matters.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Strong teamwork abilities with a collaborative and approachable demeanor.
