Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices, including labor laws and compliance.
- Proven experience managing HR operations at multiple sites or locations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex HR issues.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HR metrics and data analysis to drive decision-making.
Experience
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR roles, including site operations and leadership positions.
- Experience in managing large teams and overseeing HR operations across multiple locations or sites.
- Demonstrated success in driving HR initiatives that contribute to business success, such as talent retention, performance improvement, and organizational development.
Working Hours
- Full-time position.
- Standard business hours with flexibility for site-specific needs.
- Occasional travel may be required to visit operational sites.
