Job Summary:

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team in a hybrid work environment. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive work environment and encourage open communication.
  • Performance Management: Support managers with employee performance evaluations, goal setting, and professional development plans.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal labor laws, as well as company policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and overall performance.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee files, process payroll and benefits, and handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks as required.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare HR-related reports on a monthly and quarterly basis for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist.
  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, benefits administration, and recruitment processes.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant HR software.

Experience:

  • Experience Required: 2-3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on general HR functions, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Industry Exposure: Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Schedule: Hybrid working model (combination of remote and in-office work)
  • Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Flexibility: Some flexibility in working hours is allowed to accommodate personal schedules.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software tools.
  • Abilities: Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality. Adept at managing multiple HR functions simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
