IT Sight Technologies is seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and customer-focused BPO Executives to join our growing remote team. As a BPO Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing support services, and ensuring high customer satisfaction standards—all from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly.

  • Assist customers by providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently.

  • Document call information according to standard operating procedures.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Meet individual and team KPIs including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

  • Follow company guidelines for security and confidentiality.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Proficient in using computers and basic software applications (MS Office, CRM systems).

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.



Experience:



  • 0-2 years of experience in a BPO/call center/customer support role.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

  • Prior work-from-home experience is an added advantage.



Working Hours:



  • Full-time position (8-hour shifts).

  • Flexible working hours with rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays based on project requirements.
