Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Vice President of Human Resources & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our human resources strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This leadership role will require overseeing the HR department, driving talent acquisition and management, and enhancing employee engagement and retention. The CHRO will play a crucial part in fostering a positive organizational culture, improving operational efficiency, and guiding HR practices to contribute to the companys overall growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall HR strategy and implementation to support business objectives, ensuring alignment with company values and vision.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, employee development, retention strategies, and workforce planning across all levels of the organization.
  • Manage the HR team and ensure high performance, development, and operational excellence.
  • Design and implement effective compensation, benefits, and performance management systems that drive employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to foster organizational change, enhance workplace culture, and improve employee morale.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, managing any legal issues or concerns related to human resources.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR effectiveness and implement necessary adjustments based on data-driven insights.
  • Advise senior leadership on key HR decisions related to organizational design, talent development, and leadership succession planning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other HR-related entities.
  • Ensure the organizations DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives are at the forefront of the companys culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in HR leadership roles, preferably within a large-scale or rapidly growing organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, compensation, and performance management.
  • Experience in organizational design, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects, and deliver results.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with HR software and systems, including HRIS, ATS, and learning management platforms.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as VP or CHRO.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in driving HR transformation and aligning HR strategy with business goals.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Flexibility in working hours as the role may require participation in global HR initiatives or collaboration with cross-functional teams across different time zones.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and compliance requirements.
