Job Summary:
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic Global Marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing strategic HR leadership, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving the growth and development of the marketing division globally. This individual will collaborate closely with senior leaders, helping to align HR strategies with business objectives and shaping the overall talent strategy for our marketing teams worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders in the Global Marketing team to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business goals and performance outcomes.
- Lead and support talent management initiatives, including recruitment, succession planning, and employee development.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
- Manage compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitive and equitable practices within the Global Marketing team.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Facilitate organizational change and transformation, ensuring a smooth transition and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other HR teams globally to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Act as a trusted advisor on labor laws, compliance, and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic business partner role.
- Experience working within a global marketing or creative environment is a plus.
- Proven expertise in talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strong ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices across different global regions.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Experience:
- 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or leadership role.
- Experience in working with global teams and understanding the nuances of different cultural contexts.
- Proven track record in driving change management initiatives and organizational development.
- Experience in recruitment, retention strategies, and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience in working with senior management and business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position.
- Standard business hours, with flexibility to work across time zones due to global operations.
- Occasional travel may be required for key business meetings and HR-related activities.
