Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking an experienced, strategic, and visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) & Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer (CHRO) to lead and drive our HR, talent acquisition, and diversity initiatives. This role will be pivotal in shaping the companys culture, fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce, and aligning human resources strategies with our organizational goals. The SVP & CHRO will report directly to the CEO and work collaboratively with the executive team to design and execute strategies that promote talent development, employee engagement, and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement forward-thinking HR strategies aligned with Fresher Jobs Hubs business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment strategy, ensuring the company attracts top-tier talent for all roles, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Lead the development and execution of initiatives that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all levels of the organization.
- Organizational Development: Drive organizational effectiveness by aligning HR practices with business objectives, implementing change management strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Employee Engagement & Development: Champion employee engagement initiatives, career development programs, and leadership training to cultivate a thriving and motivated workforce.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices adhere to legal requirements and industry standards while maintaining a positive employee experience.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the development of competitive compensation structures, benefits packages, and recognition programs.
- Executive Advisory: Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on HR matters, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent strategy.
- Data-Driven HR: Utilize HR analytics and reporting tools to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and policies and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters or MBA is highly preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive HR position.
- Strong Leadership: Proven ability to lead and influence at the executive level, driving strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Diversity & Inclusion Expertise: Deep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and a demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse workplace.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to translate HR strategy into actionable business outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Change Management: Proven track record in managing large-scale change initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- HR Technology: Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology platforms, with the ability to leverage data to drive HR decision-making.
Experience
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
- Experience in a fast-growing or global company with a demonstrated ability to lead HR strategy and operations on a large scale.
- A successful track record in implementing diversity and inclusion programs and creating a workplace culture that values diversity.
- Experience managing a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, and performance management.
Working Hours
- Full-time position
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility based on business needs. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
