Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and business priorities.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead performance management initiatives and support managers with coaching, feedback, and development plans for employees.
  • Drive employee engagement programs to create a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Manage employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee organizational change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of growth or restructuring.
  • Conduct talent assessments and advise senior leadership on workforce planning, including the identification of skill gaps and development needs.
  • Partner with HR teams to implement policies, processes, and tools that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
  • Monitor HR metrics and use data to guide decision-making, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement within HR practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 4 years in a business partner or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proven experience in leading organizational change, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform HR strategies and decision-making.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience with at least 4 years in a senior business partner capacity.
  • Experience in building and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals in a growing organization.
  • Demonstrated success in employee relations, talent development, and driving high-performance culture.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week), with flexibility to accommodate business needs.
  • Occasional travel to business locations as required.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, legal compliance, and industry trends.
  • Expertise in building and nurturing strong working relationships with business leaders and teams.
  • Ability to influence and lead change in a complex and fast-moving organization.

  • High proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior HR staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
