Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all personnel information.
  • Performance Management: Assist in managing employee performance reviews, setting up feedback sessions, and handling employee development plans.
  • HR Policies Implementation: Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to and communicate HR policies effectively across the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, resolving issues, and improving overall employee satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and assist in training programs for employee development, skill enhancement, and career growth.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Stay up-to-date with labor laws, HR regulations, and company guidelines, ensuring compliance with all HR-related matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or employee management.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues proactively and offer solutions that align with company policies and values.
  • Confidentiality: High level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.

Experience:

  • Minimum Experience: 1-2 years in a Human Resources role, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment.
  • Experience with HR software and tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
  • Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
