Job Summary:

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our growing team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the business, offering HR expertise and supporting the alignment of HR practices with the companys objectives. The HR Business Partner will help in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and driving performance excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive company performance.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and employment law.
  • Support recruitment efforts, ensuring a robust talent pipeline and a smooth hiring process.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies, ensuring the best talent is engaged and motivated.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, working collaboratively with managers and legal teams where necessary.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of organizational change.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner capacity or similar HR leadership roles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on supporting business objectives.
  • Proven success in handling complex employee relations cases and driving HR initiatives.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Occasional overtime may be required depending on business needs.

  • Deep understanding of HR systems, processes, and best practices.
