Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and address inquiries effectively.

- Ensure timely follow-ups on customer queries to guarantee satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and issues for reporting purposes.
- Adhere to company protocols and quality standards during every interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and achieve performance goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and call center tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with diverse customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center roles is highly desirable (1–3 years).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
