Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Freshers for Home-Based Computer Operator roles. As a Home-Based Computer Operator, you will assist in performing a range of administrative and data processing tasks while contributing to the smooth operation of our digital systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks, including inputting, updating, and maintaining company databases and records.
• Manage and organize electronic files and documents.
• Ensure all data entered is accurate and complete, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
• Process and maintain accurate records for reports, billing, and other documentation as needed.
• Provide general administrative support, including drafting and formatting documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
• Coordinate with team members to complete assignments and meet deadlines.
• Respond to internal and external communication, including emails and chat requests, in a professional manner.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic technical issues related to computer systems and software.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college students or recent graduates welcome).
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

• No prior professional experience required.
• Previous internships, volunteer work, or academic experience involving data entry or office administration will be considered a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time or part-time positions available.
• Flexible working hours, with the ability to choose shifts that best fit your schedule.
• Standard working hours range from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time), Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability required.
