Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide solutions to customer issues, following company protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to services or products.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services, when appropriate.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including call volume, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution times.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes and overall experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, services, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic office applications.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle high-pressure situations.
- A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred, but not required)
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service, BPO, or call center role is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in remote work is a plus.
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams) is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available.
- Flexible working hours, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, depending on availability.
- Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week.
