Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently within the defined SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • Update and maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Follow established protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and data security regulations.
  • Strive to achieve individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction metrics and call handling times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelors degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM tools, email, and basic computer operations.
  • Soft Skills: Empathy, active listening, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an international BPO or customer service role is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours
