Job Summary
IT Sight Technologies is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as International BPO Process Executives. This is a remote position where you will interact with global customers to provide exceptional service and resolve queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently within the defined SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Update and maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Follow established protocols to ensure compliance with company policies and data security regulations.
- Strive to achieve individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction metrics and call handling times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A bachelors degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM tools, email, and basic computer operations.
- Soft Skills: Empathy, active listening, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an international BPO or customer service role is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts to accommodate international time zones.
- Candidates must be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays, if required.
