Job Summary

IT Sight Technologies is seeking passionate and knowledgeable individuals to join our team of online tutors. You will deliver engaging, personalized virtual lessons to students across diverse academic levels and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions via an online platform.
• Develop customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Assist students in understanding complex concepts, completing assignments, and preparing for exams.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a professional, supportive, and engaging online learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and subject-specific advancements.
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve technical or scheduling issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in education or a specific subject area (students pursuing degrees may also apply).
• Proficiency in one or more academic disciplines, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, and Coding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable using online teaching tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
• Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet.

Experience

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers and students with a passion for teaching are welcome to apply.

Working Hours
