Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, maintaining high-quality service.
- Update customer records accurately in the database after each interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide regular feedback and suggestions to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and stay updated on company protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and MS Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- High level of self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role preferred.

Working Hours
