Key Responsibilities

  • Meet performance targets and metrics, including call resolution time, customer satisfaction, and call quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay updated on product or service changes and relevant industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to interact effectively with international clients.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
  • A customer-first mindset with a strong passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to adapt to different communication styles depending on the region and customer needs.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice process or customer service role.

Working Hours
