Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or live chat support, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, live chat platforms, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
- Previous experience with ticketing systems, reservations, and travel-related inquiries is a plus.
- Familiarity with handling high-volume chat interactions and providing quality customer service under pressure.
Working Hours
- Full-time and part-time remote positions are available.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer demand.
- Must be available for shift work, as the airline industry operates 24/7.
