Key Responsibilities

- Document and track all customer interactions using the companys CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up and issue resolution.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- Technical proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, virtual environment with minimal supervision.
Experience
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a remote or virtual setting.
- Previous experience in the airline industry or related sectors (e.g., travel, hospitality) is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer service software is advantageous.
Working Hours
- This is a remote, full-time position, with flexible working hours.
- You may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on customer demand.

- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficient in using office software, chat systems, and customer support tools.
