Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with customer service software and remote communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Experience
