Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with booking, changes to travel plans, and seat preferences.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, demonstrating excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company CRM system.
- Stay informed of any changes in airline policies, travel restrictions, and other relevant information to provide accurate support.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with technology and using various software applications, including CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Empathetic and patient when handling customer inquiries.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience working in a remote environment is desirable.
- Familiarity with airline operations and industry terms is a bonus but not essential.
Working Hours:
- Full-time and part-time remote positions available.
- Flexible shifts to accommodate varying time zones, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to commit to a scheduled shift based on business needs.
