Job Summary:
IT Sight Technologies is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Representative. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely on an international scale, providing exceptional service and support to customers from various countries. As a part of our growing customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering timely, high-quality assistance to resolve inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience that aligns with our company's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers through various channels (email, live chat, and phone support).
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide step-by-step guidance.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Document and track customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries using internal systems.
- Proactively follow up on open cases and ensure all customer issues are resolved promptly.
- Contribute to the development of FAQs, help articles, and support documentation.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer support tools (such as CRM systems, live chat software, or email support platforms).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quickly.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or online support roles is preferred.
- Experience in working with international customers or in a multicultural environment is a plus.
- Basic technical knowledge or experience in troubleshooting issues for software or online platforms is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours to accommodate international time zones.
- Occasional weekend or evening shifts may be required to provide 24/7 customer support.
