Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing user accounts, system access, and security permissions.
  • Monitor and resolve technical issues via ticketing systems, email, and in-person support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Working Hours
