Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, concerns, and troubleshooting issues in a professional manner.
- Provide solutions and services to international clients regarding product or service queries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring all data is accurately logged and updated.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (e.g., customer satisfaction, call handling time, issue resolution rate).
- Ensure a high level of service quality, professionalism, and customer engagement during each interaction.
- Follow company protocols and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate customer service.
- Troubleshoot technical or service-related problems with a focus on effective and timely resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide solutions in real-time.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, CRM software).
- Comfortable using remote communication tools and technology.
- Ability to work independently, with a self-driven attitude and excellent time management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
- Good listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or international voice process role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a passion for customer service are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in working remotely is a plus.
Working Hours
