Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and manage legal data into internal systems while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Format, proofread, and prepare legal documents, contracts, and reports for submission.
  • Cross-check data entries for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for legal records.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to meet deadlines for document preparation.
  • Follow strict confidentiality protocols and comply with company data management policies.
  • Generate periodic reports and summaries as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry or document management, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and document formatting standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of data entry or legal document formatting experience required.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working hours, with core availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST).
  • Occasional overtime may be required during peak project deadlines.
