Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage legal data into internal systems while ensuring confidentiality.
- Format, proofread, and prepare legal documents, contracts, and reports for submission.
- Cross-check data entries for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for legal records.
- Collaborate with legal teams to meet deadlines for document preparation.
- Follow strict confidentiality protocols and comply with company data management policies.
- Generate periodic reports and summaries as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry or document management, preferably in a legal setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and document formatting standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and respect for confidential information.
Experience
- Minimum of 1–2 years of data entry or legal document formatting experience required.
- Experience in working remotely or with cloud-based tools is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible remote working hours, with core availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST).
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak project deadlines.
