Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Operator to join our team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.

  • Verify and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

  • Organize and maintain records and files in both digital and physical formats.

  • Perform regular audits to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and clarify data.

  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports as required.

  • Follow data security protocols to protect sensitive information.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and other relevant data management tools.

  • Exceptional typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks.

  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Experience

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative roles, or similar positions is preferred but not required.

  • Freshers with strong computer skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with the option to choose between part-time or full-time schedules.

  • Core work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (adjustable based on candidates time zone).
