Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data into CRM platforms and database systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure data integrity by identifying and rectifying errors or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all customer and client information is up-to-date.
  • Conduct routine audits of database records and generate periodic reports.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company data policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Support team members with data entry tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Entry: Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and database management systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members via virtual tools.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or database management.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with core availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST).
  • Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend tasks depending on project deadlines.
