Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
  • Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and store data in a structured and systematic manner.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure data entry tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Adhere to company data confidentiality and security policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other data entry software.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelors degree is a plus).

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools is advantageous.
  • Experience in remote work environments is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with an option for night shifts to accommodate personal schedules.
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
  • Core working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (optional night shifts: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
