Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

  • Assist customers with orders, refunds, product information, and general account support.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously while communicating with customers.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets such as customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and productivity metrics.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon’s products, services, policies, and procedures.

  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers, email, chat applications, and CRM systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.


Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or similar environment preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and customer orientation are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours
