Job Summary:


Amazon is seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our Remote Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled with care, professionalism, and efficiency. You will assist customers with a variety of requests, including order inquiries, product issues, returns, and account support, delivering world-class service while working from the comfort of your home.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.

  • Provide detailed product and service information.

  • Assist customers with order issues, returns, refunds, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:



  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.

  • Experience in a remote working environment is a plus but not mandatory.




Working Hours:
