Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and offering the best solution.

  • Accurately process customer orders, forms, and requests.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction scores, issue resolution time, and call/chat quality.

  • Adhere to internal policies and confidentiality standards.

  • Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions and multitask efficiently.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate new software systems quickly.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced virtual environment.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.


Experience



  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service, call center, or similar role preferred.

  • Experience in remote working environments is an advantage but not required.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.


Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Full-time and part-time positions offered based on candidate availability.

  • Rotational shifts may be required depending on business needs.
