Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in using computers, navigating online platforms, and typing at a moderate to fast speed.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to remain patient and empathetic in challenging situations.
- Self-discipline and ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or remote support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or retail operations is a plus.
- Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate strong potential but lack direct experience.
Working Hours
