Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a variety of support requests, including account issues, product returns, order status, and technical troubleshooting.
- Communicate effectively through phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Provide product knowledge and guide customers through Amazon services, including troubleshooting and product recommendations.
- Document customer interactions and ensure all information is accurately recorded for future reference.
- Strive to meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Technical proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate through multiple systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s products and services is a plus.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and empathy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or customer service certifications preferred.
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
- Previous experience in remote work is advantageous.
- Experience handling technical inquiries or troubleshooting is a plus but not required.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours available.
- Availability to work during peak seasons (holidays, special events) is necessary.
- This is a full-time remote position with shift work, including weekends and evenings depending on customer service demand.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
