Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or procedural issues encountered by customers.
- Document and update customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless problem resolution.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, contact centers, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours
