Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence, engaging with audiences, and supporting overall marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and targets the intended audience.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze and report social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to develop cohesive marketing campaigns.
• Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns on social platforms when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms or a related role (internship experience considered).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio or demonstrated passion for social media marketing are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Occasional flexibility required during major campaigns or events.

• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
