Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, or other items to designated locations promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service while handling deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery items and ensure all paperwork is completed.
• Assist in operational tasks, including sorting and packaging as required.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and provide appropriate support.
• Ensure delivery equipment (vehicles, bags, etc.) is well-maintained and clean.
• Adhere to traffic rules and company guidelines to ensure safety during deliveries.
• Coordinate with the operations team to optimize routes and manage schedules effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to navigate using GPS or maps effectively.
• Basic communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move lightweight packages as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
• Familiarity with local routes and areas is a plus.
• Must possess a valid drivers license (if using a vehicle for deliveries).

Experience

• No prior experience is required; this role is suitable for freshers.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or a similar field is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time shifts available.
• Flexible scheduling with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
• Weekend shifts may be required based on operational needs.
