In this role, you will provide personalized travel planning services, focusing on cruise holidays, to potential clients while building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to clients seeking cruise holiday packages.
• Assist customers in selecting cruise lines, itineraries, and additional services such as shore excursions and travel insurance.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into bookings.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest cruise packages, offers, and industry trends.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless booking process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and online booking platforms.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

Working Hours
