Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Personal Secretary to work remotely and provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, communication, and time management while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executives daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare, review, and maintain correspondence, documents, and reports.
- Handle email communication and respond promptly on behalf of the executive when required.
- Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations as needed.
- Conduct research, prepare presentations, and gather relevant data for meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact, ensuring professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Monitor and manage task deadlines to ensure efficient workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in all interactions.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Experience
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant.
- Previous remote work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote role with flexible hours.
- Core working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (adjustable based on time zones and workload).
