Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the executives daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain correspondence, documents, and reports.
  • Handle email communication and respond promptly on behalf of the executive when required.
  • Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations as needed.
  • Conduct research, prepare presentations, and gather relevant data for meetings.
  • Act as the first point of contact, ensuring professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Monitor and manage task deadlines to ensure efficient workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant.

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote role with flexible hours.
  • Core working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (adjustable based on time zones and workload).
