Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Implement and oversee employee engagement programs to enhance team morale and productivity.
  • Develop and execute training programs for employee development and skill enhancement.
  • Provide support for payroll processes, including attendance tracking and leave management.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure a smooth resolution process while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as HRIS or ATS platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing workplace challenges.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a remote or e-commerce setting.
  • Freshers with relevant internships or HR certifications are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours (40 hours per week), with overlapping time between 9 AM and 6 PM IST for team coordination.

  • Knowledge of recruitment practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to design and implement employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Skilled in developing training materials and facilitating workshops.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and implement improvements.
