Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented female telemarketing executives to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home opportunity tailored for candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with clients. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our services, managing client inquiries, and achieving sales targets while working in a flexible and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services/products.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or services.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
• Collaborate with the team and provide regular updates to supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in [language(s) required, e.g., English/Hindi].
• Confidence in speaking with diverse clients over the phone.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software, or related tools).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and move forward with determination.

Experience

• Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with options for part-time or full-time roles.
• Standard shift: 4–6 hours daily (Monday to Saturday).

• Ability to handle multiple calls and manage time efficiently.
