Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse/Office Management: Supervise daily operations, including staff coordination, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortability with warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.

  • Attention to Detail: Focus on accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.

Experience:

  • Entry-Level: No prior management experience is necessary; however, prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or customer service environment is a plus.
  • Experienced: Previous experience in a warehouse or office management role, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Experience with inventory management, team leadership, and performance monitoring will be beneficial.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible Hours: This role may involve flexible working hours based on business needs. Standard full-time hours are typically Monday through Friday, but weekend shifts or occasional overtime may be required, especially in peak seasons.
