Job Summary

OneTech Associates is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented Part-Time Counter Staff to join our dynamic team at a well-known branded foodcourt. As part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling food orders, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. This position offers flexible working hours and an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selection.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Process payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Prepare and assemble orders according to foodcourt guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or food handling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Positive attitude and strong team player.

Experience

• No prior experience is required; however, experience in a foodcourt or customer service role is an advantage.
• On-the-job training will be provided for all new hires.

Working Hours

• Part-time positions with flexible shifts.
• Availability during weekends and public holidays is preferred.
• Shifts can range from 4-6 hours per day, with varying schedules based on the need of the foodcourt.
